Hello everyone!
You might have noticed already that I integrated a money earning system into our forum to make things a little more interesting, and to encourage activity! Our currency is called petals, and the amount you've earned already can be viewed in your profile. When you've earned enough, you can spend your petals in the shop, accessed via the "shop" button in the navigation menu, next to your messages button. (Note: The shop currently doesn't have any items, but as we get more suggestions, I'll add them to the shop.)
Earning
You're probably wondering exactly how to earn petals. Well, posting is the easy answer. Earning petals this way is immediate, and you will be paid immediately upon post completion. Different categories earn you a different amount of petals. Just replying to these announcement posts earns you a full ten petals!
★When you create a thread in the "The Law" category, the "Creation Center" category, and the "OOC" category, you earn 5 petals. When you reply to a thread in any of these categories (Announcement board being the exception), you earn 3 petals.
★When you create a thread in any of the role-play categories-SunClan, NightClan, RainClan, Gathering, and Rogue Island-you earn 10 petals. When you reply to a thread in any of these categories, you earn 5 petals.
Wages
Wages are paid to you every two weeks. The amount you earn also depends on how active you've been, only this is on top of the individual posts that earned you petals immediately, described above.
★If you've posted at least 10 times in the last two weeks, you'll earn an additional 50 petals.
★If you've posted at least 20 times in the last two weeks, you'll earn an additional 100 petals.
★If you've posted at least 30 times in the last two weeks, you'll earn an additional 150 petals.
★If you've posted at least 40 times in the last two weeks, you'll earn an additional 200 petals.
It continues in that manner, up to 100 posts earning 500 petals.
